To obtain a work permit after you've been hired for a job, download this Request for Work Permit form or pick one up from the front office, complete it and return it to the office.
We will process it and e-mail it when it is ready, or it can be picked up.
Meal distribution through Food and Nutrition is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00-12:30 and 3:30-5:00 on the MDHS campus and other sites. For more information, please visit the Food and Nutrition website.

MDUSD offers an online Driver’s Education class for students who are least 15 years old and are currently enrolled in one of our high schools. This is a DMV-approved 30-hour course. There is no cost for students to register for this class. We encourage students to discuss this course with their parent or guardian before enrolling. Enrollment is ongoing throughout the year.
To register, send an e-mail from your MDUSD e-mail account to: driverseducation@mdusd.org. Please include your full name, student ID number, birthdate, and school you attend. Please type "Driver’s Ed" in the subject line. After the District has verified your information, you will receive an e-mail back with additional instructions on how to register for this online course, typically within 3-5 days. If you do not receive an e-mail back, call (925) 682-8000 x4027.
