Final Transcripts Through Parchment

Final Transcripts: all final transcripts will be ordered electronically through Parchment. Seniors who will be attending an educational institution after high school must send their transcripts. Failure to send a transcript can lead to the rescinding of a student's place at a university! Check your Parchment account to ensure that you completed the process to order a final transcript.

Mt.Diablo High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. This link will open a new browser.

Please allow 3-5 business days, from the time of your request and once received by the Registrar's Office your Transcript will be processed.

Registration Information

Incoming 9th-grade families may now begin the residency verification and student registration process online instead of paper registration. If you are an incoming student from another MDUSD school and you need to complete the registration process, or if you are a current student and you need to update your contact information, you can do so online through the Aeries Parent Portal.
