Transcripts
Current Students: Please come to the registrar's office with your student ID for a copy of your transcripts.
Alumni: Purchase your transcripts through our School's Webstore. After you complete your purchase, email your receipt, along with the following, to the MDHS Registrar at ruizlopezy@mdusd.org
- Copy of your Photo ID
- Name on Diploma
- Graduation Year
- Phone Number
- Type: Official or Regular
- Date of Birth
- Delivery Method (Home OR College/Institution OR Pick up at Mt. Diablo HS)
- Mail to: Street Address, City, State, Zip
Please allow 3-5 business days, from the time all your information is received by the Registrar's Office, for your Transcript request to be processed.
Registration Information
Incoming 9th-grade families may now begin the residency verification and student registration process online instead of paper registration. If you are an incoming student from another MDUSD school and you need to complete the registration process, or if you are a current student and you need to update your contact information, you can do so online through the Aeries Parent Portal.
